Plans were made by the Executive Chef of Katsuya to open a new Tempi & Western style handroll bar prior to the pandemic. We worked hand in hand creating the brand. But when COVID-19 restrictions shut down indoor dining in Los Angeles, we had to pivot. Custom take-out box, robust social media campaign and navigation of daily promotions of the modified menu helped establish a flourishing business.
